cobalts losing address

anyone using cobalt ips
had problems with them losing or chasing their addresses .
I am running train controller with the digikeijs system with railcom turned off.

I have 44 cobalts and some of them have to be re programmed as they lose their addresses
these are not the same cobalts it varies in which cobalt it is happening to
