Still a work in progress, but this is where we have got to so far. I have done most of the major construction, track laying and electrics. My wife Julie is doing most of the landscaping. The layout is in a large well insulated wooden shed complete with beer fridge and a Sonos 3.

The overall size is approx 12ft x 8 ft and the era will be 1950's BR Early Logo. It isn't based on anywhere in particular, just about as simple/complicated as we wanted it to be.

DCC control is Gaugemaster Prodigy Advance 2, additional power from DCC Concepts Alpha Power, track is Peco 100, point control all DCC Concepts Alpha Switch and all the points will be Cobalt Digital IP's.

That looks interesting and the beer fridge is an absolute necessity for smooth running.

We bought most of what you can see a while ago and I can't find out where from. However we had some dark grey delivered today from 4D ModelShop it looks and feels OK but haven't used it yet.
