The late Allen Downes was a regular subscriber on this forum (the old forum). When you looked at his model buildings you were never sure whether you were looking at a model or a photograph of a building. I hope you find your book. BB
PS. there is a very similar book by AD on ebay - search Downesplans - book.

Thanks I already have books 1 and 2 and would like this one to complete the set.
