If you have the space use Peco Flexi track. You can also get a Peco track gauge (very cheap - one on ebay for £1.74 New), one side sets out spacing for Streamline, the other for Settrack. The radius of your curves will be dependent on what width of board/space you have. Not cheap, but Tracksetta gauges are great for getting smooth curves.

To allow for stock overhang, widen the gap between tracks on curves, taking in to account how far your stock overhangs.

If your Streamline curves are greater than 24 inches radius and you don't own stock that has excessive overhangs then the standard 50mm centre to centre spacing will be ok. But its probably wise as your using streamline flexible track to ease out the distance a little to at least 60mm on curves.
