WIN10 PC Problem

Keep getting this message on startup. Have tried .net Framework Fixit tool to no avail and looked for further advice on net. Recently paid for renewal of Kaspersky Total Security but this cannot load. Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution?
Sorry I'm late but I couldn't get my flip-flops to work :roll:

Cadman, hi, post this on Hornby forum, if no joy, as Mod Augustus , is a Windows expert. If you post for his attention, you will get a solution. Having said this, no doubt there is a similar boffin, on here.
