large grass mats

#1

Post by MikeEK »

As a newcomer to modelling (N gauge) can any member help in the search for a supplier of large size grass mats? Most of the popular suppliers offer a max of 1200mm x 600mm and I wonder if there are any who offer larger sizes or even a 'bespoke' service? Many thanks for any suggestions.

Trouble is with grass mats are all one piece and dificult to lay over contours.. I am looking at a field out of my window and I can see at least 30 different colours with all the wild flowers as well. Easier to lay your own grass on the layout using direrent colours. I think you can do better yourself and lot cheaper.
