Points switches

Hello. I am trying to renovate the electrics on a 2 track system. There are several points with motors. The switches though all look a little knackered (and possibly obsolete). Please see photo. The wiring is also a bit different from what I've read. The switches seem to be wired across the motor (please see drawing) and, on the other side of the motors, the power which comes from one motor to the next. Please say if the attachments don't work!

Can anyone help with the wiring - will it work with new switches - and which switches are good?
Many thanks

Sorry, the attachments are not working. This may be an issue with the forums settings? Please leave for a while so as I can investigate further.
In the meantime please use the link (Add image to post) below and to the left of the text box to upload images

Yes I know ;) just looked for it and found the extension for it wasn't inserted! But it is now. The other issue is attachments are not showing that are directly uploaded to the forum hence the recommendation to use the "Add Image to post" link :D

No, not directly to the forum for the time being. Please use the "Add images to post" link on the left below the text box. This should work

If the switches are passing contact (Momentary) and do not provide a continuous feed, then they are fine to use if they work. There is it appears a feed (or return) taken into the end switch in the middle and then each swich links one to the next. Each switch will have a wire on each end going to the motor it operates.
On no account use any switch that allows power to remain On to the motors if you did this the motors coil will burn out very quickly!

Many thanks. I think those switches are pretty old - do you recognise them at all?! The have PECO on them. If necessary can you recommend any replacements? Very grateful.
