Wheel replacement for Triang/Hornby R 156/R255

just acquired a wonderful set of R 156 EMU power car and R 255 dummy car , thing is on Code 75 track , the flanges touch the tops of the Chairs, is it possible to replace the wheels , the power bogie wheels need replacing as well , a link to replacement wheels would be useful

On youtube there is a man who has the flanges turned down on a lathe.

https://www.youtube.com/user/chambs123 is possibly the one you're referring to, although others may have done it too. He's no longer producing videos and has sold off his massive collection (I was able to win some on ebay).
