Probably a strange place to start this thread but as it relates to a Rails exclusive.......

Last month I pre-ordered the Robinson A5, produced for Rails by Sonic models. Initially I ordered the LNER version but having just bought a Great Central D11, I realised that the GCR version of the A5 may have been a better option. I phoned them yesterday and they have swapped the order without any fuss and got confirmation this morning.
Late yesterday Rails announced that a sound upgrade has been developed for the A5 with the instruction to ‘email us and we will add it to your pre-order”.
Email sent half an hour ago and I’ve already had the confirmation through from Rails - excellent service.
