Hi
If you have used the same point numbers between the two PC screens then the decoder will remember its address numbers and work with both PCs software. However, if you have reallocated the points to new numbers then you will have to reprogram the decoders.

Do these help? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6xzlgb-UyoU Or https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V-y7apEBuBc

You no more need to reprogram or reset the acc decoders than you would all your loco decoders. The principle is the same and all the decoders know who and what they are. All you have to do is let RM have that info on the track plan points setup dialogue and ditto locos in the loco roster.
If you don’t know which address group each acc decoder has set up a simple RM screen with as many points as you need, address them 1 to xx and operate these and see which one fires which points on the layout. Build that into your track plan, which you said on the other forum you had recovered so the info should already be there. Then I suggest you mark each port with its address for reference.
