Hopefully Solved!!

So I pre-ordered on 3 February 2022 a Cavalex Class 56 Sound from KMS Railtech.

Today I received an email from KMS advising that my order has been cancelled!!

I have given my thoughts to both Cavalex and KMS but this late cancellation leaves me no other option as all the pre-orders from the other recommended Cavalex retailers have sold out.

Has anyone else had the same issue?

Left phone message and sent email to KMS but have had no response.

I email Cavalex last night to explain the issue and they told me as long as I can prove I had pre-ordered the loco ( I have email confirmation) my order would be secure. They responded and asked me to speak to Rainbow Railways or Trains4U.
Spoke to Mark at Rainbow and apparently I am on the Trains4U list (KMS refugee).

Hopefully I will get said loco after all, however as KMS knew months ago they were not getting any allocation from the manufacturer, it is incredibly sloppy of them as a retailer to not have sorted this before now. Therefore I would suggest as I intend to never use them again.
