Stayed with OO gauge

Hi,
A good few months have past since i was going change gauges or dismantle and end the model railway hobby.

To cut a long story short i did sell some stuff but not everything and one day i decided not to end the hobby but `re jig ` my layout a bit
i was treated to a few new bits for my birthday and now i have stared the refurb

So many different scales and gauges to chose from, each having advantages and dissadvantages... :D

Good to see you back. I think we all have periods where the enthusiasm wanes a little. Looking forward to seeing how the rebuild progresses.

oh yes in reply to your info re other gauges im working on a budget now .............a zero budget :lol: what i have got i am using or mending etc

Done a bit more work on the refurb, some stuff i did sat in the garden in the sun .

i enlisted grandkids to paint some wooden kebab skewers ,i use them as edging

its the same shape layout as before just a bit smaller

bought some 3d printed fencing off ebay very nice it is ,

i then found all my bits of ballast mixed them together it looks good
