Correct. If you don’t like what I do don’t look at it could be added.

Yes. When my grandchildren run trains they run what they like.
Criticise at your peril.

Rule 1 is at the point where all other rules cease to exist!

Never forget sitting a test at a job interview and when we were allowed to turn our papers over, as I tend to take instructions literally, I read the first instruction which said to read all the questions BEFORE starting the test, and right at the very end of the test paper it said to ignore all the other questions and just write the name and date on the paper and the task is completed, which is what I did.
Within a few minutes another guy in this large group of applicants looked at me sitting there doing nothing, and saw something was up, so he read through and saw what I had seen, and he stopped and did the same.
The guy who was conducting the test who was a neutral guy who happened to be a priest which covered the industry concerned (He was chosen as he had no direct connections so was seen as impartial) obviously knew about it and indicated to the guy who had looked at me and who had just found out to keep quiet. We just sat there amused for half an hour while the others were working out these mathematical questions on this test. Occasionally, one or two would look at us puzzled, assuming we were going to fail the test, while they got themselves deeper and deeper in it! Then around 24 to 25 minutes into the half hour test as we were given 30 minutes, they reached that final instruction and the priest would get their attention telling them to be quiet while one could hear others say things like "Of all the lousy tricks....!"
It was one of the most hilarious tests I have ever taken where I got top marks for doing nothing!
The best part about it was when one at a time the rest of the 30 or so applicants reached that point when they realized they had failed despite their best efforts!
I actually had real life work situations where I was the only one who read the instructions and did the right thing when all others had not in the haste to get things done!
