If you blow the picture up, could anyone identify the horizontal metal bars by the vertical door handles, it seems to me that they would prevent the doors opening ?

Thanks Glencairn i do subscribe to his website. I think the horizontal bar is to secure doors to stop them being used after it finished service and was used as a workshop. If only my grandfather was still with us.

Thanks Glencairn, i have nearly completed all the buildings for nesscliffe and pentre now, so will give it a rest for a couple of days, then return and start building the rolling stock.
