Hi - this is something that is still on my to-do list, so many thanks for the insights...... these look good and certainly give me food for thought - thanks

Everyone has there own way of doing the backscene. It is the overall picture one is trying to achieve.

Not all the backscene on my layout is cuttings from magazines. I painted the scene of the lake at Ash Farm Fields. It is blurry purely because it is in the distance.
