Here are some more views containing the new backscenes.

When I make the tall model deciduous trees, I'll use a lightish green foliage so that they match the ones in the backscene.

Very well done. I love it when people have a go at painting their own back scene.

I got two new Dapol red Stanton hopper wagons as a Christmas present, which I've added to my previous three. I'm very pleased with them.

Here's the Triang Princess Elizabeth.

The first photo shows very clearly one of the detachable metal legs. This system allows me to clear everything off the baseboard except the track. I can then put the board against the wall and use the attic as a guest bedroom.

Yesterday my layout celebrated Its third birthday or rather the third anniversary of its rebirth after a 40 plus year break. I think that a few photos are in order to celebrate.

Many thanks Glencairn. I wonder how many posts I uploaded to the old forum. Less than 100 I would think over 15 or 18 months.

As part of the celebrations, I had a little photo session today, so I'm stocked up with new images for a day or two.
