Oxford Rail new announcements

#1

Post by LC&DR »

I have had an email from Hattons advising me that Oxford Rail propose to introduce a J26 (NER P2) to team up with their already announced LNER J27 (NER P3). As well there will be a new GER covered van, a bogie Rail and Sleeper wagon, type Pilchard, and a Cowans Sheldon 15 ton breakdown crane of a type found in many places from pre-Grouping right into BR days. If the prices quoted are right (£17) it will be considerably cheaper than the new Bachmann Ransom and Rapier 45 tonner!

Not ordered yet but the crane and the J27 will definitely be heading my way.
They are very keenly priced.
