Another hello...

#1

Post by Mike309 »

Hello,

I've not started building anything yet but am exploring the electronics side and the potential a Raspberry Pi has to offer the hobby. 99% going to model somewhere off the WCML in the early 1990's in OO, 1% chance I bin it all for the Milwaukee Road in the fifties. Sentimentality versus being bold? Possibly.

Hi Mike
Welcome to the forum.
Do keep us updated on any projects especially if you do get to use Raspberry Pi etc
BTW have you heard of, or know about, MERG? Plenty of electronics for the model railway builder on their site.

Welcome to the forum Mike. Good luck with all you plan to do. Lots of YouTube videos about using the Raspberry Pi and Arduino for modelling.
Look forward to hearing how it goes.
