Probably they are some odd American size in imperial sizes that does not fit anything here. At least they are Snap on, some quality tackle.

Well at least one member knows quality, made without any size markings so they would be unique, i held the Franchise for Snap-on-Tools from 1977-81. This set was awarded to me for the highest amount of sales in 1980 out of all dealers in the U.K.

They are probably ceremonial spanners just like ceremonial swords not designed to be used in combat. Probably why Brain has not used them since 1980
