It looks like a problem with the engine on the NYMR restart
Not a good advert after days of trials.

Engine as had to be replaced now let’s hope they get it sorted soon

I suppose when your dealing with antiques anything can go wrong a little unfortunate it was on the very first train

No autumn gala this year but we still came up here for a week of ‘isolation’ on the Moors.
Although the weather has been absolutely dire, the wind dropped today and I managed to get a bit of practice in with my drone.
This is a screenshot from the footage - wasn’t expecting to see a loco but managed this just as the batteries were running out after filming sheep from a height of 100’.

Already booked the cottage for next year.
