Rob, they are only in Aire de Reposes, on the big motorways, unfortunately. That puts nearest one from us, about 100 miles away. Heathers Air Fryer, on right settings, with the right chips, produces, them about 85% the same. Happy days.

So, our new Cosori Air Fryer arrived just on lunchtime (too late for a portion of lunchtime chips!) Its not overly loud in operation and sounds more like a desk fan running, which is far quieter than my friends one.
Have to say that fried eggs make one heck of a mess in it and it doesn't cook them anything like a frying pan does! Ha ha :D :D

We had a well known make of tilted air fryer which is supposed to tumble the chips, but it just slushes them round and you end up with a clump of chips.
Not a popular bit of kit with head of cuisine, so it was passed to a needy relative, who we don’t really like.

Must admit it was when they first came out about 10 years ago yelrow. Perhaps they have got easier to clean with new design. The problem we found was the thing became such a problem to clean after a while. It worked OK but became horrible to clean. It was fine when it was new.

Ours is a doddle to clean. The moving mechanism, just is released by press of a button. You then just have a pan. Takes 2 mins max to clean.

How can you say that, it is new you have hardly used it yet. As I said it was fine when it was new, wait a year or so. then. But may be the latest designs may be a lot better. Our one was when they first came out a few years ago,

Sandy, I think you may be confused. Yelrow has had his fryer for some time. It is Brian who has just got one.

Sandy’ ours is over 3 years old, ans used twice a week. The whole inside is as good as it was on day one. The secret is the make, look at SEB ones on line.

I only told of our experience. And this was about 10 years ago as I said maybe the new ones are better.
