Diesels at Crown Point.
Re: Diesels at Crown Point.
Hi everyone. I am fine. With my wife being disabled we have been having a few challenges. Not Covid related; gratitude.
I have been 'popping in' now and again but not posting.
I did do a little weathering on a parcels vehicle. A first effort as I am not really fond of weathering.

Yay. You are alive. You can see you have been missed.
I hope things with your wife improve and that everything is ok.

Happy to see you back - photos are great but don't feel you need to share photos every time you come here. Even a 'welcome' occasionally let's us know you're alive and watching!
Re: Diesels at Crown Point.
Well that great news has certainly brightened up another otherwise depressing lockdown Thursday.....

Only a model rail fan would find beauty in grime. But it is lovely, glad you and yours are as well as can be hoped

Hello glencairn
I'm new to this forum so I'm looking around at all the wonderful stuff on here and have just been thoroughly absorbed looking at your pictures in this thread! Alas, I haven't had time to read all the words yet, but I will try to return to do that.
There are some great scenes captured in your images. Very well done. So much detail.
I love the lorry on page 16 (IMG 4741) and the assorted 'debris' if I can call it that in the back of the lorry looks so real. We really are an untidy species aren't we and you've captured that 'true to life' aspect wonderfully.
I also noted down images 4530 (people on the platform) and 4531 ('junk' as in real life again).
Brilliant stuff. I will make to effort to have a better look as soon as I can!
