Your layout is certainly looking good. Regarding the blue light, there's a house that I regularly walk past that has a large fish tank in the front room and it emits exactly that strong blue light. Very atmospheric photos.

Great idea. Haven’t seen a building in construction [or repair] since my visit to Pendon. Nice one. R-
