Oh, it says sound decoder fitted in the title.

It may be worth checking to see if by 'DCC decoder fitted' in the description they mean an alternative DCC sound decoder. I can't see why someone would remove a perfectly serviceable TTS sound decoder to fit a non-sound decoder, but I can see that someone may wish to upgrade the sound.
