he was not impressed with front bogie. and thought it a bit plastic. Ran superbly though, after he had fettled it. I was very impressed with build quality.

I should have come back a few weeks ago but just haven't got round to it ,anyway,I finally got the GT3 from another source ,the manufacturer KR models ,well the loco is really well done ,no different from the main builders like hornby and Bachmann although if I were to be picky I would say the front steps could be made to look better as they do look quite cheap plasticy,I've run it in on the rolling road and runs well with all lights working including cab lights ,the box is great ,thick sturdy cardboard with a plastic cradle and sleeve for the loco and that is surrounded by black sponge which keeps it in tight ,is it worth the £199.99 price ,Yes it is .
