Long story short, I took the train in 1964 from Moscow to Helsinki. Here is a memory of that time.

In 1964, I being a wee lad of 3, even then I could sense this was a truly dreadful place. Empty streets, empty stores, and vivid memories of mother being stopped and interrogated by a pair of Soviet street cops, probably wondering what the H a Western lady and her children were doing there to begin with. At any rate, they sent us on our way, and we stayed inside the must hotel the remainder of the week.

Between work and more work, Chops is indeed becoming a dull boy. I have not turned a wheel on Henley in months. I hope to add an extension and shoot some more video, this of an Orwellian retrofit for the purpose. If I don't drop dead in the traces, first.
