Re: Which TTS decoder for the Hush Hush
Apart from the move towards 21 pin decoders, no new standalone TTS decoders appeared in the catalogue.Steve M wrote: ↑Fri Dec 31, 2021 10:15 pmIt will be interesting to see if Hornby have a bespoke W1 TTS decoder in their 2022 range when it is announced in a week or so. And if they do whether they also produce a second one for the rebuilt versions - they will be different again as they are three cylinders but with modified P2 boilers.
There is/was a P2 decoder in the range so I guess that may be reissued when the new Prince of Wales P2 is launched - possibly in a dual role as both P2 and later W1.
My Britannia solution will have to do.

Can’t be many people around today who can tell you what the Hush Hush sounded like. I’m sure the Brit is fine.
