Hi, is there a sound system that i can use on my OO gauge DC railway layout, or can you
adapt DCC sound to work on DC.Sorry if it is a silLy question but I do not want the expense of
converting my large stud of loco's to DCC.

Gaugemaster do some lineside scenic sounds that can be used with both DC and DCC.

Go to www.gaugemaster.com and search sounds module.

the hornby hm6000 unit does allow some sound functions without a decoder.

couple it with a decent bluetooth speaker and you'll have a workable solution.
