The trouble with driving is you don’t see as much as you would as a passenger. The other day I went to a place I had driven to several times but this time by coach. I saw things I had never seen before.

Yes I quite agree but at the moment I am just being safe. Anyway I have the advantage of knowing my way around Scotland.

When God was creating the world, he told St Peter that he envisaged a land of outstanding beauty, with rugged mountains, hillsides of purple heather, rivers with crystal clear water with an abundance of wildlife and natural resources; to be occupied by people with courage, compassion and a light hearted approach to life…… he announced that he would call this land “Scotland”.

St Peter was suitably impressed, but turned to God and said “ do you not think you are being overly generous to this new nation”, to which God smiled and said, “ Just wait to you see who I am giving them as neighbours” 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🥃🥃

All you blokes drive on the wrong side of the road, dontcha know. My luck I'd take out half of East London before I figured it out. Nah, one thing we got here Stateside are cars. We got cars and more cars. Comparatively speaking, gasoline here sells for a pittance compared to what Europeans are paying, but we are making good progress catching up to our British cousins. No, the train for me. Where it doesn't go I'll walk in the rain and thank every drop.
