Where to start?

This shouldn't really be done as then there is no allowance for expansion or contraction of the rails

We've worked up a plan in AnyRail to use an acceptable amount of his bedroom for an OO layout. See https://www.dropbox.com/s/1p8df8znjq8quhf/Plan.any?dl=0 for the AnyRail file. We've realised we can go into the window aperture to minimise the depth of the layout while keeping to a minimum of 500mm radius curves. There are gradients but they're all 3% or below. Can anyone see any issues with what we're planning? My one remaining concern is reach but we'll test the basic main board before filling it out with braces...
