Heljan new Peak model.

I am having problems with the lighting on this model. I have fitted a Hattons 21 pin decoder and I am using a Dynamis controller. The rear lights are ok except they are manually operated by functions 1&2. The headlights are directional and working and the cab lights should be functions 5&6 but are not working. I do not understand the functions instructions on the decoder notes. Any body else?

Did you resolve this? I have read elsewhere that cab lights don't work with some Hattons decoders as they don't have enough functions.

Contact Heljan customer services. I bought a Heljan diesel railcar a couple of years back and it would not work on the decoder I had bought for it. It seemed that Heljan had designed the electronics to work with a specific DCC decoder and no other. It may be a similar story here. Their CS dept responded to my email within 24 hours.
