Photo Plank

#1

Post by Walkingthedog »

I had a spot on my layout where I photographed my locos and wagons when I bought/made one.

The other day I added more fence to the layout so now it is in the way of the "spot". So I made a photo plank.

Not a work of art but it does the job. Added power leads to it so I can use it for the rolling road.

Make your own you're not having mine. :) I bought a cheap (that’s me) chopping board for the base, scrap ply for the back. The back scene was free in the Hornby mag some time ago. Happy to send you some if you would like it Roger.

Very kind Brian, but I think I’ve got a few yards of it somewhere. Now I’m TT that will probably equate to a few miles. R-

It is an OO back scene, not sure why they say that, in O it is just further away. How is your TT coming along. I think it is a lovely scale.

Looks good Brian - a great idea. You could have started something new on the forum "Show us your plank" :o
