This last post brings things up to date, over the six or so years the model was exhibited it was generally well received. It won the best in show award The Glynn Davies Trophy at Cambridge April 4th 2009 voted for by fellow modellers.
Then in 2018 it won the best in show voted for by the public.

When the weather improves I will add a few bits and pieces to the layout as I will set it up in my conservatory which is very bright and ideal for detailing.
Then in July we are having an open garden and it will be on display then.

Thank you all for taking an interest in the model.
