Available Functions 6 function Plux 22

I've fitted an AED-P22D.6 Plux22 6 function decoder to a Bachmann Class 31.

The only funtions that appear to be available are 0. Directional lights.

If I press F6 for say high intensity light I get nothing.

Is this the limitation of this particular decoder or is there something I can do to access more functions?

Directional lights use 2 - on F0, it therefore follows the rest will be on F1, F2, F3 and F4. The latter 2 may be logic level only, ref decoder paperwork.
