The Shelby Wood Fleet.

Post by Pannier Tank »

Young Brian (the lad who had a camera for his birthday) spent a very enjoyable day, in his summer school hols, photographing some of the loco's that were in Shelby Wood Sidings.

Luckily for us he has kept his old black and white photo's from all those years ago and using modern technology I have been able to colourise them.

John :)

Oh, Dr Beeching what have you done?
There once were lots of trains to catch, but soon there will be none!

Super models, Pannier Tank! And great photos, too, especially the B&W one. I admire your attention to detail. The track goes a long way to making the whole thing highly convincing, as do the grass and the fine filigree motion of the locos. Keep up the good work.

Cheers,
Artur
