Neptune Street
Re: Neptune Street
I've decided I spend far too much time just sitting and pondering and wondering 'what if......' so I decided, like some others who shame with their work rate, to just crack on, after all what damage can I do, is anything ever 'wrong'?
The dock/quay side wall has had its first 'top' coat and the cross timbers are cut ready to stain and put in.

Nice work Carl. Finish it off tomorrow?

Re: Neptune Street
Ditto above comments. Looks really good well done...
And the Lord said unto John “Come forth and receive eternal life”, but John came fifth and won a toaster!
Re: Neptune Street
That's a very clever way of getting a continuous run ... well thought out. I particularly like the way the run goes on different levels. Its inspiring for me a novice at this - thank you for posting.

Appreciate the comment, thank you. I wanted to achieve a longer continuous run than just once round the shed and it was something I’d tried on a 6ft x 4ft as a teenager - a bit too ambitious on that scale!
Re: Neptune Street
Thank you.
Unfortunately other matters have got in the way this last fortnight so no further progress has been made.
I’m conscious that with progressing the dock area I haven’t run anything for what seems an eon, so with the arrival of the new Gaugemaster cleaning wagon (for all those hard to get to spots) I’ll be having a ‘play time’. Then it’s back to the dock, water time.

One doesn't get to see a quay too often. If you find the time, a little video of the quay works in operation would be most interesting.
