Very cheap static grass...

A company used much by the R/C world, Hobbyking, are advertising incredibly cheap static grass in BIG bags for around £1-75. I bought 4 packs of different colours and lengths and I doubt I'll ever need more!

Just Google Hobbyking and go from there.
