Three goals in mind with "Henley:" keep it simple for operational reliability, allow for trains to just roll, allow trains to interface, thus
creating an operational status of sorts. Used some old Triang and Hornby for this session. It is two ovals and two passing loops. One oval
overlies the neighbor using diamond crossings, but they do not interconnect physically or electrically. Essentially two isolated loops that
cross. Poor Man's DCC.
