well WTD, I expect your box opening will be a lot better than the youtubers

so I have amended the title so it doesn't get locked and we use this to suggest as the title what people think should be made available from manufacturers to enhance the layout experience.

If you feel the water tower would not be an advantage to your layout, then suggest away and feel free to go off topic
