Well done! It looks a fun layout. :) Nice to see those little 0-4-0 taking services. They fit nicely on nice little layouts, as do the 4 wheel coaches.

Yes, MG, the Little Blue Locomotives look very good with the blue four-wheel coaches, especially as the company colour is blue. The Little Black Locomotive is a 0-6-0 and is much more powerful than the blue locomotives. Many thanks, MG, for your comments. 👍

I've worked up the backscene a little in this corner.

Unless my memory deceives me, the motorcyclist on the left of the first photo was a Christmas cracker gift from the 1970s. There's another one elsewhere on the layout.

I had the afternoon off work, so I thought I'd have a photo session and try some different camera angles. They seem to have worked out quite well. For the last three photos I was shooting into the light (usually a bad idea), but the effect of strong contrasts of dark and light seems to make the models look more solid and - dare I say it - realistic.

As mentioned in an earlier post, there are two of these locomotives on the layout. One of them is actually my son's, but I won't remind him of that fact.
