Refurbished shed

I always went to wembley woodworking show, on first day. Found items i wanted, and negotiated to buy demonstration ones, at end of last day. Hence my Dewalt, Radial arm, and Prebena nail, plus staple guns, plus compressor, and 5000 of each nails/staples. Still using nails, etc, after perhaps 30 years. Its a cant be without tool, for me.

I dread entering anywhere that sells tools, I know they are all going to look at me and beg to be taken home. How can I refuse.

Went to our hardware/tool shop just before the lockdown to buy a new hammer handle. Was walking out the door with two new hammers when I suddenly realised I hadn’t bought the handle so went back in. Came out with a handle plus a long steel rule.

Heather gave me two tools at xmas. A band that goes on your arm, with magnetic pad. Holds several screws/pins/ nails, to save keep fetching them. Very useful. Then an electric polisher, 18 volt cordless. Superb.

Ha ha ha.........It seems worse than the Corona virus. We all seem to have got it . I've never had so many and I can't find any thing I want......

Last week I found a pressure washer I didn’t know I had. I now have three of them.
I can only ever find one of my five tape measures.
Screwdrivers? I know I have dozens, but can I ever find the one I want?
And as for marbles - lost those years ago.

my prob is splitting tools between upstairs for layout, and workshop. The footprint of my workshop, is bigger than the one of our house in uk. Hence, things get lost. I built wooden racks on one side for tools to push into. On our friends last visit, my son asked for some tools, so i filled a T chest. Its fair to say, i have not missed anything, so must have had ample.

Making some progress. The OSB sheeting has been fixed on the front and one side and the featheredge fitted to battens on the front - provides a 1” air gap so hopefully this version of the shed will outlast me.
The only thing left to do is all the rest.
