Capsule cameras.

Im going to swallow the capsule camera this week, just wondering if any other members have tried this procedure.

Can't say I have. Last time I had a camera going down it felt like half the BBC film crew and sound men were going in

It’s not swallowing the camera that’s the problem, it’s the size of the memory cards that go with it. And then there’s the cameraman and cable release.

i have camera investigations every 5 years for stomach. All very smooth. Arrive in theatre, say hello to consultant, then local injection. Wake up, see surgeon and go home 4 hours at most.

This is totally different John, the camera is in a capsule which you swallow then go home with monitoring device attached to you which sends pictures to the hospital during the 8hrs you wear it. I have had several endoscopes and colonoscopes, the camera comes out naturally in the next 24hrs.
