Hi,

Check out ….. https://www.modelraildatabase.com

According to this it appears to be a 2003 model, so anything up to 19 years old……. However 8 pin DCC so still capable of being fitted with sound etc.

I would check out ebay etc to compare prices.

Hope this helps

It is highly likely that a loco that old will not have lights, even though it is 8 pin DCC ready it probably won't have a compartment for the speaker which means butchering the battery boxes to fit a speaker.

At 70 quid I would shop around for a newer model that will have space inside allocated for a speaker.

If you happy using with no lights and no facility to fit a speaker easily should you not want sound either I would knock them down a bit.
Personally I would leave alone but then again I'm not a fan of the Class 20 myself.

Here is the direct link

Also 'love' how this ebay seller is duping potential buyers!!
Even though states no box he is clearly depicting the loco on the newer retail packaging. IMO clearly wrong.
