Crank pin screw loose, that’s why the motion locks up
Driving wheels loose on axles, will secure with Loctite Retainer (proper stuff)
Pinion gear on motor loose on shaft. Design flaw when the accountants changed the material from brass to aluminium. Will strip down and fit a proper brass one
