Slightly later than advertised, a couple more photos of the Accurascale wagons.

Now I've had chance to have a proper play with them I have to say they run very smooth with no problems over dodgy points even when been shunted backwards. Don't seem too fragile considering the number of detail parts.

Having read that Accurascale have bought the tooling for the Hatton’s class 66 I thought I’d give mine a bit of a run

It will be interesting to see how (if anything) they can improve this loco. I know it originally had mixed reviews but I like mine and not had any issues with it.

Had a play around with some more old coaches, they’re only loosely based on anything real. Just thought I’d give it a go see how it went.

Not brilliant but made a change to make something rather than buying it.

So, the next project is going to have to be signals. I would have liked to get proper working colour light signals however, looking at the cost of these is a bit prohibitive. I did get a Knightwing kit which were ok but can't seem to find their website anymore (don't know if they are still going tbh). The kits do seem to be still around at various shops online but only in ones and twos. was hoping to get the lot in one go to cut down on postage but...
If anyone knows of an alternative please let me know.

They do seem to have fallen off the internet - their domain name expired in early July of this year. It's still in what is known as 'redemption period' which is when the domain name owner can renew at an exorbitant price.

It's likely that they have closed down internet operations.

At least one outlet states that they are ‘unable to secure new supplies’ of Knightwing products. That and the website issue doesn’t bode well.
