I agree - fantastic video - it really did look like the real thing - very impressive.

Thanks for the comments. As I said earlier, my layout is located in a shed and suffers every year from the cold. It also doesn't get much running over the winter so the track needs a good clean - even a new loco with a stay alive was struggling today.
I didn't expect too much from the camera due to its price but I was not unhappy with some of the clips I did manage.
At some point I will get to spend some extended time out there and hopefully produce something that will show the full layout.
In the meantime, I've been distracted by a Lego kit - 1682 pieces and 400 pages of instructions.
